By using this website, submitting a quote request, providing project materials, or placing an order with Marketing Consultants, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as they apply to the relevant website use, product, service, or project.

Additional project-specific terms, pricing, approvals, production details, vendor requirements, or written agreements may also apply to a particular order.

Website Use

This website is provided for general information about Marketing Consultants, its services, completed work, contact information, quote requests, and access to product resources.

Quotes, Estimates & Orders

A website inquiry or quote request does not by itself create a final order or guarantee pricing, availability, production time, or acceptance of a project.

Quotes and estimates may depend on product availability, quantities, materials, artwork requirements, production methods, vendor pricing, shipping, setup, installation needs, and other project details.

Pricing or project details may need to be revised if the scope, quantity, artwork, product selection, timeline, material, shipping requirement, or other order information changes.

Artwork, Proofs & Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs, layouts, spelling, contact information, colors, sizing, quantities, product selections, placement, and other project details before approval.

Approval may authorize Marketing Consultants to proceed with ordering, printing, embroidery, production, fabrication, installation preparation, or other project work.

Changes requested after approval or after production has begun may result in additional charges, delays, or may not be possible.

Custom & Personalized Work

Many products and services provided by Marketing Consultants are created, ordered, decorated, printed, embroidered, designed, cut, or produced specifically for the customer.

Because custom work may involve special-order merchandise, materials, setup, design time, production, or outside vendors, cancellation, return, or refund options may be limited once work or ordering has begun.

The separate Refunds & Returns Policy provides additional information about order concerns, cancellations, returns, replacements, credits, and refunds.

Pricing, Deposits & Payment

Payment requirements may vary by project, product, customer, order size, or production stage. Marketing Consultants may require payment, a deposit, approval, or other confirmation before ordering materials or beginning production.

Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, setup, artwork, installation, vendor charges, or other project costs may be included or added depending on the order.

Any project-specific payment terms communicated in a quote, invoice, written approval, or other agreement will apply to that project.

Third-Party Products & Services

Marketing Consultants may use or provide access to products, materials, catalogs, manufacturers, suppliers, shipping providers, software, mapping services, or other third-party resources.

Availability, specifications, manufacturing tolerances, vendor pricing, shipping, production schedules, warranties, and other third-party conditions may affect an order.

Links to external websites, including the promotional-products catalog, are provided for convenience. Independent third parties may have their own terms and policies.

Production Timing & Delays

Project timelines may depend on customer approvals, product availability, artwork readiness, production capacity, outside vendors, shipping, weather, equipment, installation conditions, and other factors.

Marketing Consultants may provide estimated completion or delivery timing, but circumstances outside reasonable control can affect those estimates.

Customers should communicate firm event dates, deadlines, or installation needs as early as possible so timing can be reviewed before production begins.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers should have the right to use any logos, trademarks, photographs, artwork, text, designs, names, or other materials they provide for a project.

By submitting materials for use in a project, the customer represents that Marketing Consultants may use those materials as reasonably necessary to prepare and produce the requested work.

Marketing Consultants may decline work that appears to infringe another party's rights, violate applicable law, or otherwise presents a legal or operational concern.

Ownership and usage rights for newly created design work may depend on the specific project, payment status, and any project-specific agreement.

Product Variation & Limitations

Colors, materials, garment sizing, finishes, print output, embroidery, placement, manufacturing, screen displays, and other physical or digital characteristics may vary within normal production tolerances.

Marketing Consultants will make reasonable efforts to produce work consistent with approved project details, but exact matches between screens, samples, materials, manufacturing lots, or different production methods may not always be possible.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marketing Consultants is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising solely from website use or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Changes To These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website, services, business practices, vendors, products, or applicable requirements.
